Beauty and Wonder - Day 21 - 2018

Just a little beyond the beaten path...

We visited Crate Lake National Park,
drove the Rim Drive,
and hiked part of the Rim Trail...

...enjoyed lunch overlooking the lake...

We visited the Rogue River Gorge,
and the Natural Bridge over the Rogue
on the drive back to Prospect...

There are three waterfalls in Prospect,
all on streams that feed the Rogue.

Pearsonage Falls on Mill Creek (above).

Mill Creek Falls - 173 feet...

...and Barr Creek Falls - 242 feet...

All of the streams roar with numerous cascades...
